  • Villa Charlana is a beautiful detached villa with a private swimming pool, located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del carmen in Lanzarote. Conveniently situated close to the golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to many excellent Canarian and international style restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

    The house has a spacious open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen and quality furniture. The twin bedroom and family sized marble bathroom occupy the ground floor along with the kitchen and ample lounge/dining room. The master suite with a solid wooden flooring and en-suite bathroom are situated on the first floor with fabulous sea views from the two terraces.

    The private heated pool is surrounded by sunbathing areas, a BBQ and private walled gardens. A covered pergola over the al fresco dining area, provides shade for the hotter days of summer. There is also a gated driveway with electric gates for those who wish to hire a car.

    A large Lidl supermarket as well as the largest shopping centre of Puerto del Carmen are both less than a 5 minute walk away. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen, with its golden sandy beaches is barely a 10 minute walk away.

We will not hesitate to come back to this wonderful villa, it is like a home-from-home. Everything you require from your holiday will be found in Villa Charlana, from the outside space and pool to the inside comfort of the living area Couldn’t recommend any higher

Best small Villa we have ever stayed in.

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Charlana - by far one of the nicest, best equipped and beautifully presented we have ever stayed in. Perfect size for us as a couple, although it would take two other occupants, I didn’t really want to share it with anyone else! We loved it so much! The pool was quite deep and probably wouldn’t suit non swimmers? Not that it was big enough for doing lengths, it was good for floating and cooling off. The Management Company were excellent, extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful Villa

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Charlana and had the best time. The villa is spotless, modern and has everything you need, including Wifi and even a make up removing cloth! The villa is very spacious and bright, has 2 balconies and beautiful views. The pool is slightly smaller than we thought but the depth makes up for it. The pool area is surrounded by lovely flowers and trees. The villa was cleaned half way through our trip and the pool man came a couple of times too. The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk from the Biosphere and 10-15 min to the strip. There are shops nearby for food but you can also get a shopping delivery. The downstairs bedroom could do with more storage and the patio maybe an additional umbrella for shade, but we are still giving 5 stars as we couldn’t fault the villa. We would definitely recommend anyone booking with Buenavilla and would consider booking again.

Amazing stay at Villa Charlana 🤩

Wow 🤩 What can I say? Everything about Villa Charlana was perfect! It was exactly as described spacious, spotless, comfortable, and with a beautiful outdoor area that we loved spending time in. The villa was the perfect choice for our family of three. The pool was fantastic, and the location was ideal ,just a 10-minute walk to the shopping centre and around 15 minutes to the local shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. Communication from the Buenavilla team was first class from start to finish. From the moment we booked, they responded quickly to every message, were always friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend booking with Buenavilla and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you again for such an amazing holiday , we can’t wait to return!

Our stay

The villa was well situated short walk to the shops Really well presented and clean Pool was small but was great to cool off in . We would recommend the villa for four people . We were not flying till 9 at night and needed some where to store our luggage for the day . They gave us luggage storage details which was just down the road 13 euros for the day .

Villa Charlana May 2023 Iron Man week

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Charlana, would recommend. Its clean, bright, the dipping pool was warm, the kitchen well stocked with glassware and pots and pans, everything you need if you are going to eat in. Shampoo and shower gel all provided. Dishwasher and washing machine.

Fabulous Villa. Beautifully presented and well equipped. The wheeled trolley for shopping at Aldi, 5 mins away, is truly a genius idea! Pool small, deep but perfect for cooling off. Outside area great for relaxing and sunny, with covered area for eating. Sky sports and Uk channels on TV which was very much appreciated by my husband! We walked everywhere, despite the hill down to the front, it’s good exercise! Loads of shops, bars, restaurants. Especially loved eating in the old town around the harbour. Communication with the management company was brilliant and they were very accommodating on our leaving day when our flight was late in the afternoon, allowing us to check out later. Definitely the best small Villa we have ever stayed in, just perfect.

Home From Home

A beautiful villa, located a few minutes away from the centre of puerto del carmen. All modern facilities, easy check-in and checkout. Quiet and relaxing, all English channels complamentry netflix excellent WiF. Washing machine very handy plenty of towels even beach towels avaible. Lidi five minutes away, shopping trolley avaible, water, beer, and milk in fridge on arrive. All condiments avaible tea coffee etc. Host avaible at all times re queries. David organised taxi to airport for us, plenty of hot water, air conditioning great, pool heated at an extra charge. Thank you we had a fantastic relaxing holiday in the villa.

Having stayed at this property many times before we were delighted to find the house had been refurbished to a high standard and the poolside area was upgraded and looked modern and fresh. New features such as air conditioning and Netflix access greatly added to the appeal. The location and degree of privacy makes this perfect for us.

Tolle und gut ausgestattete Villa und sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern! Wir wurden bei der Anreise mit Snacks, Getränken, Milch etc versorgt. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls gut, 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect place to stay

We were so happy to stay in Villa Charlana. Excellent location and very kind staff. The villa is comfortable and when we received the first day, there was some snacks and drinks waiting for us which was a very warm welcome. We will definitely will go back there.
