„In all honesty, the room was quite dirty. I had piles of sand swept up around the walls, and old spills with ants around them, dripping down the wall and pooled on the ground and wrappers under the bed. The floor in the bathroom had a fair bit of hair and dirt. I had put up a do not disturb sign, but came back and my room had been made up, and everything moved. I have expensive gear and I would have preferred it not be touched and I can make do with the linens I had as I was the only one in the ...

„There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor.“
