„Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK.“

„We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.“

My only issue was the hair my friend found on her clean washcloth, the giant bug that was in the bathroom that appeared out of nowhere and the housekeeping staff wanting to know if we were checking out and which room we were in. The cleaning didn’t need to occur until after we were gone.“

„Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. “

„It was a clean room. The carpet was musty but clean and the room was clean. This was a great place to stop for the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise we had everything we needed. We would stay again“

„worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with ...

„The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.“
