The space
Finished in January ‘23 this newly renovated spacious Studio decorated in a comfortable and modern black bohemian style offers everything a short or longer stay requires. It features an outside area where 4 people can sit comfortably and where smoking is allowed. It has a functional kitchen with a fridge and two stoves. The bar can be used as a dining area as well as a work space with a light installation above that creates an ambience lighting for cozy nights. The Smart TV can be watched comfortably from the bed or the sitting area. The fully equipped bathroom comes with an LED mirror, a rain shower and a washing machine. An open closet with hangers, storage boxes, shelves as well as coat hangers and shoe storage ensures enough space for your clothes.
The apartment complex was built on a hill therefore even though the apartment is located on the ground level you have to walk up a few stairs to the main entrance.
Guest access
The building complex consists of three separate apartment buildings and a big underground garage underneath. Studio51 is located in the second building and while you enter the complex through the main entrance, walk through the first building and in to the second one, you can also access or leave the second building via the staircase to the back entrance which is closer to the restaurants. If you pay for parking in the garage you will also be able to access the garage through the door right next to the apartment.
Other things to note
Pick up from and to the airport is offered for a 30€ charge one way.
Cleaning services are available and can be arranged for the guests upon request and a 35€ charge. Cleaning includes the change of bedsheets and towels and refill of toilet paper etc.
