„Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here“

„My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!“

„This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure“

The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!“

„Air conditioning worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. No problem with hot water and showers. In general the hotel needs major upgrades and the price reflects its degradation. Better than sleeping in your car, barely.“

„Es war sehr dreckig gewesen, die Gänge haben nach Nikotin gerochen. Es war permanent laut, da sich das Zimmer direkt neben einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet. Zudem war die Luftqualität durch die veraltete Klimaanlage sehr schlecht, somit war der Schlaf unmöglich. Des Weiteren waren die Badezimmer armaturen angelaufen, der Teppich wurde schon ewig nicht gesaugt und im Jaccuzi haben Dreckpartikel geschwommen. Des Weiteren war das Frühstück sehr eintönig, es gab nur Pfannenkuchen und ungesunde ...

„We really liked the location - restaurants and shopping close by but still quiet surroundings. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner and was a bit dated. Breakfast was good and offered a typical selection (coffee, eggs, toast, jam...). Hotel is overall okay, especially for a shorter stay.“
