Golfers will feel right at home with the included 2 seater golf cart for your use, making it a breeze to cruise around The Villages, and get to your favorite golf courses. After a long day of golf nothing feels better than jumping the pool!



The Space:

Bedrooms:



Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a king bed. You'll also enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.



Bedroom 2 & 3: Offers very comfortable queen beds.



Bathrooms:



Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!



Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!



Guest Access:

Guests of Ladson Cove will have full access to the entire house. Enjoy the private heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. The included 2 seater golf cart is at your disposal, offering convenient transportation around The Villages and to nearby golf courses and town squares. You'll also have access to the driveway for parking and the backyard for relaxation. Inside, you'll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled in the heart of The Villages, Ladson Cove offers unparalleled access to the vibrant lifestyle this community is known for. A short golf cart ride will take you to numerous championship golf courses, perfect for a morning tee time. Explore the charming town squares, each with its unique atmosphere, offering live music, dining, and shopping experiences. You'll find a variety of restaurants, from casual eateries to fine dining establishments, all within easy reach. Enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores and retail shops for all your needs. The Villages also boasts numerous recreational facilities, including swimming pools, recreation centers, and walking trails, all easily accessible from the property. Getting around The Villages while staying at Ladson Cove is a breeze! Free parking is available on the premises. The included 2 seater golf cart is the perfect amenity to get you to every golf course you'd like to play at!

Priority Check In:

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!



Pet Fee:

Pets are family, and we’re happy to host yours! We charge a small $50.00 fee per stay (no animal limit), to give our home an extra thorough clean after your stay, making sure every guest enjoys a pristine experience.



Special notes:



Please note that there is an active Ring security camera on the property, as well as a camera facing the pool area. The pool camera is unmonitored and is maintained solely to fulfill insurance policy requirements.



Construction vehicles are not permitted to stay overnight in The Villages.

We are available to assist you throughout your stay at Ladson Cove! You can reach us via the messaging system. We typically respond within 5 minutes to answer any questions about the house, need recommendations for things to do in The Villages, or require any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
