„Nice and clean“

„Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is difficult to navigate. We parked in their garage, but am not sure where we would have parked had the garage been full. Breakfast on Saturday morning was lacking, by 7:30 when we went down many things were already gone or almost gone. “

„We booked room 302, which was very spacious and were impressed by the fitness area and equipment in the room. There were just a couple of cons: the pull shade on the large window was broken when we arrived and we were told that renovations are still on-going. The heating/cooling unit was noisy in the room. The shower floor was not clean. The upside was the VERY comfortable bed, the spacious room area with extra seating and computer work areas. I recommend getting the breakfast vouchers, as ...

„I did not feel safe in the room. There were 3 in our party with 3 rooms. Could have put us in rooms near each other. “

„Loved the restaurant and Bar options in the lobby as well as the coffee shop with snacks. I also loved the quick checkout via text and key drop box on our way out. The only thing I would change is that the hotel guests had to pay for parking & that I wish there would’ve been an all night store in the lobby for snacks and drinks since lots of quick options close and there’s nothing quick within walking distance “

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “
