„Property is ok. We booked executive room with lounge access. No info was provided that because of Ramadan lounge was closed. No info was provided that because of Ramadan pool was closed....No info was provided that because of Ramadan Skyview was closed....Hotel tried to compensate lack of sevices with food and beverage at Orangerie Cafe....we were told you can have food and 2 drinks....it turned out to be restricted to certain items...nobody told us that...finished up paying bill second ...
