"Wir waren eine Nacht hier und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Lage ist super, direkt am Brindley Place, die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen!"

"Our room, booked by Expedia was very smaller than the rooms my friends booked at the same time not by Expedia. Our room was under the roof with sloping roof in the room and had no refrigerator. The rooms booked not by Expedia, all had one in the room. And our bathroom was also much smaler and older as the others."

"Das Hotel ist Anfangs Stadtrand gut gelegen. Zimmer sind eher klein- wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer + Kind gebucht - dies ist nicht so angekommen beim Hotel und wir mussten in ein „einfaches“ Zimmer und einen Aufpreis bezahlen, was störte. "

"Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. "
