„Having enjoyed the stay at this very special Hilton. Nice atmosphere, great architecture, nice bar and spa area. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Beds are not very comfortable - the mattress needs changing. Breakfast very basic - no cheese, cold cuts, eggs apart from scrambled eggs which don't look appetizing, no fruit and only toast no bread or rolls. Far too expensive for the choice of food.“

Nice small rooms

"Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. "
