„Although the room was very clean it was a little tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for you. We had an evening meal and also the continental breakfast both of which were excellent. Would definitely stay here again“

„Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!“

„Wir waren zwei Nächte im der Robin 7 Lodge. Es ist kein klassisches Hotel mit 24 Stunden Rezeption, sondern vielmehr hatten wir das Gefühl in einer kleinen Ferienwohnung zu sein. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Bad ist schon etwas älter, was man an den Wasserleitungen merkt, aber das ist ganz normal für England. Die Lage ist gut für einen Städtetrip.“

"Hotel Hat eine Garantie von ca 60 E beim Check von meiner Kreditkarte geblockt. 2 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt wurden die 60 E von der Kreditkarte abgezogen plus 80 E für eine angebliche Rechnung im Hotel Restaurant welche nicht von mir getätigt wurde da ich weder in der Bar war noch im Restaurant. Mittlerweile habe ich 5 x im Hotel abgerufen plus 5 Email geschrieben und bis zum heutige Tag keine Antworten erhalten. Unter dem Strich wurden ca 150 E von meiner Kreditkarte unrechtens belastet."

Nice small rooms

"Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. "
