„A unique and quaint property. Owners have a long history with owning the beautiful lodge. Perfect for what we needed (1 might stop over). Would love to go back once fully renovated as a wedding venue. It has so much potential and I wish them all the best. Quirky fact - Charles Dickens stayed here back in his heyday! “

„Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music. „Ein süßes kleines Häuschen , mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet aber es reicht aus Frühstück selbst gemacht vom Inhaber kein Buffet ,Umfeld sehr ruhig gepflegt schön. Ohne Mietwagen oder Taxi kommt man dort nicht weg . Wir fanden es für 3 Tage ausreichend “

„Eine nette kleine Pension, aus der der Betreiber das Bestmögliche herausholt. Da es eine Tür gibt, die nur mit Transponder geöffnet werden kann, muss für den Check-In erst einmal angerufen werden. Ein freundlicher Herr kümmert sich dann um alles. Die Unterkunft war nicht barrierefrei, unser Zimmer nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein, da noch ein Teil für das Duschbad/WC abgezweigt worden war. Es war jedoch sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet (TV, kleiner Kühlschrank, ...
