Wenn man das überliest ( wie ich) und niemand erreichbar ist telefonisch von der Hotelverwaltung, hat man ein Problem .... Dieser Umstand könnte von hotels.com besser kommunizert werden ! „Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!“
