„This is our second time in their hotel, the first time is was ok, pool way ice cold and the pool area as well, we complaint and nothing was done, staff were pretty good and room were good. This time we have nothing to complaint and the pool was very warm and we really enjoy our stay this time “

„My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Samwan Lake. The house was updated and had all the conveniences of home and then some! We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the rear deck. It was quiet peaceful and clean. Communication was outstanding. We are already planning a family trip back to Swan Lake this summer.“

„The hotel is massive and in excellent condition. The on-site casinos and numerous slot machines offer plenty of entertainment and really made the stay fun. If you enjoy gaming or a lively atmosphere, this is definitely the right place for you. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for an enjoyable visit. „Diese kleine Hotel fast am Board Walk ist so wunderbar und fantastisch, alle Zimmer haben andere "Themen" und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. (sogar die Flasche Mineralwasser war passend zum Zimmerthema) Überall findet man wieder etwas zum bestaunen. Alles sehr individuell mit viel Zeit und Liebe gesammelt. Das Frühstück war super lecker, da sie wusste, dass wir gerne Wurst und Käse haben, stand das auf dem Frühstücktisch. Hotel, Zimmer und Service = TOP !!!“

Also a huge thank you to housekeeping for keeping up with the cleaning of the hotel, Housekeeping should always be recognized they play a huge role in hotels. Thank you again guys , My husband was very satisfied and it was his birthday week. “

„Als Gast fühlt man sich in diesem Hotel nicht willkommen. Der Servicelevel entspricht nicht dem Rating des Hotels. Die Prioritäten liegen wohl eher beim Casino-Betrieb. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind sehr gut.“
