„Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, aber für eine Nacht okay. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Es gabt ein Problem mit der Bezahlung(über ebookers bezahlt, Geld kam aber nicht im Hotel an). Mir wurde vom Hotel und von ebookers sofort geholfen. “

„This was a hell hole! We booked Ashland Studio Inn (ASI) for two rooms, 5 people, and 1 night. When we arrived, they transferred us to Days Inn, next door, because ASI was still refurbishing their inn. I believe they are "sister" inns, but was never told the relationship. In writing the "script" to explain what we had reserved, they stated we were supposed to be there for 2 nights (our reservation was for 1 night). The confusion and time consumed telling them what we had signed up for was ...

„Parking is fine. Front staff person was rude. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Noone was at the desk and when they arrived didn't apologize for the wait“

„Their internet Never worked. One of the elevators got stuck. Luckily, it didn't get stuck while we were in it but someone else was. “

„During our stay at Comfort Suites Innsbrook - Short Pump, we found bed bugs in the rooms. Two of our employees suffered bites on arms and elbows. We have reported this to Expedia and the hotel and are currently awaiting resolution. We hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly to prevent harm to future guests.“

„The room was recently renovated and it is very nice, the mattresses and pillows were excellent and so comfortable. The walk-in shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. The coffee is fresh ground - delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and check in was spot on. I stayed at a Hampton the night before and this was so much better. “

„Wir mussten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Im ersten Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung. Dazu fand ich eine Schabe. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Toilettentür so verzogen, dass sie nicht schloss. Das dritte Zimmer war ok, leider recht laut. Positiv war die sehr freundliche Rezeptzionistin, die uns jedesmal problemlos umziehen ließ. Dazu ist die Lage direkt neben Kings Dominion für Parkbesucher unschlagbar.“

„Quite frankly, that was my ONLY issue. Cabinets were bare. Just a few essential items would be helpful, especially for a family stay. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, and the desk staff were so nice! “
