„Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, aber für eine Nacht okay. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Es gabt ein Problem mit der Bezahlung(über ebookers bezahlt, Geld kam aber nicht im Hotel an). Mir wurde vom Hotel und von ebookers sofort geholfen. “

„The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was dirty and had bugs. The first night the lady at the front desk was amazing but the next couple of days had different staff members and they were ok, not very helpful. Each day I had to go to the office to get my room key fixed because it wouldn’t work. We couldn’t watch TV because it didn’t work and the staff was unable to fix it. We had a non smoking room but always smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wouldn’t stay here again!“

„Bathroom was nasty! The paper towel holder was broke from the wall, the vent in the ceiling was tore completely out! Their toilet felt like it was broke completely off the floor! There was a roach in the bathroom! All of that was in 153 I have pics! I rented three rooms and one had a dirty sock in it the other had a pair of men’s shoes left in it! I will never stay there again!“

„This is a nice hotel with a great staff, walking distance to many stores and restaurants.“

„Avoid at all costs. The photos of the room I have seen prior to booking were all a complete lie. The room was dirty, there were bugs popping up frequently, the floorboards were not fully leveled, and there were multiple holes and cracks in the walls. No appliances for food either and the wifi is terrible. There was also no smoke alarm which I believe is a serious violation. You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion.“
