„I enjoyed my stay with this hotel, I was on the 7th floor, elevators were fast. It was very quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Beds were comfortable. It’s a new and clean feel there. I walked to Starbucks, saw many options for eateries, shopping at Short Pump mall, great area just outside of Richmond. Felt very safe. „The room was great. Windows opened, which was nice. There was a party of some sort going on until about midnight, Erich we could hear from inside the room, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.“

„I loved everything about our stay here- the staff, the breakfast, the room, the history, the swans!! What’s not to love. I found this place by looking for the highest rated place around the area and boy does this place deserve every bit of their fantastic rating. „Great place with some minor issues. No closet and you hang clothes on pegs on the wall. Air conditioning was really hard to regulate. Took a really long time for hot water in sink and shower. No microwave oven in room. There are 2 elevators but only was is operating and at times it appeared to be stuck. Positives were the fitness center and the laundry… both were nice. Coffee in common area was a nice extra but coffee was usually luke warm. Yogurt machine in breakfast area didn’t work one day ...

„I frequently stay here for its convenience to I-64 and other places in the Short Pump - Glen Allen area. It is reasonably priced, and the evening front desk person is great. I need an accessible room and their room is more than adequate for my needs. The bed is comfy. There is no need to worry about food because it is all around you. I find this location is great for a weekend getaway where you have access to more things - the mall, restaurants of all types, a movie theater, and food shopping ...

„Its a new property and its very nice. The handicap accessible room we are in would be great for someone in a whechair - no carpet, no threshold into the bathroom and a roll in shower with a seat. I was in a wheelchair until recently and this room would have been perfect. “
