„Beautiful resort. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Loved the private balcony to every room. The rooms were priced nice for the time I made my reservation. The restaurant was a little over priced and the food was bland. And it would be nice for more things for families to do so they wouldn't have to go 20-30 minutes down the mountain every time .“

„Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.“

The cleanliness was truly superior. All amenities such as coffee, soap and shampoo were available as if a hotel. Ceramic plates, mugs and wine glasses were available adding to the charm. „This will be our 3rd time visiting this area and this time was the best. There were amazing views, the house was clean, utensils, towels, soap, pillows, blankets etc.. As soon as we opened the door there was a bottle of wine just for us. We opened it, made a fire in the fire pit and relaxed!! The hostes was great responding back to questions. We are about to schedule another visit in July. We highly recommend this one!! You'll love it!!!“
