Finde Tempel Houkiji Hotels

„We stayed at the Toyoko Inn Hokkaido Shinhakodatehokuto-eki Minami near Hakodate located right next to the train station on April 21, 2025. Before our arrival, we emailed reception to request an earlier check in time and they replied saying it was no problem and that we just have to pay 1000 Yen. Great! However….when we arrived, the man at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about but eventually he agreed to let us in after paying this amount. Strike one. The next morning, our ...

„This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in our rather extensive international travels in the past two decades — quiet, stylish, elegant and aesthetic, more like an art museum with books, paintings, sculptures, historical train models. It locates inside a national park and directly connected to a very private lake. Most impressive is its staff who are so kind, patient, profesional, putting extra efforts into making our stay enjoyable. Many guests stayed there were Japanese and ...

„Really lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Breakfast was great“

„とても良かったです。“

„Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site.

„Hotel is in 5 min walking distance to Hakodate Station and the Morning Market is just outside the hotel. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location. This is already the 3rd Tokyu Stay hotel, that I visited in Japan and in this one the rooms are a little bit bigger than in the other Toky Stay hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would only compare it to hotels in that price range, I would have given 5 Stars, but since I also reviewed hotels ...

„Das Zimmer war toll, das Personal hervorragend, was will man mehr?“

„It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!“
