„It was honestly one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in. The bunk was basically a small room, the showers and bathrooms were very clean, there were towels and soaps and other toiletries available. The community lounge area has a water dispenser, a vending machine, a washer and dryer, and a TV that anyone could use. I would definitely stay again.“

Sehr leckeres Fischangebot. Entspannende Atmosphäre mit leiser Musik im Hintergrund. Lage perfekt Service zuvorkommend und stets freundlich“

„Hotel is in 5 min walking distance to Hakodate Station and the Morning Market is just outside the hotel. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location. This is already the 3rd Tokyu Stay hotel, that I visited in Japan and in this one the rooms are a little bit bigger than in the other Toky Stay hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. „It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!“

Before our arrival, we emailed reception to request an earlier check in time and they replied saying it was no problem and that we just have to pay 1000 Yen. Great! However….when we arrived, the man at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about but eventually he agreed to let us in after paying this amount. Strike one. The next morning, our ...
