„If you have reason to visit Fallbrook, a stay in Kim’s guesthouse is convenient and pleasant. The decor is just as pictured. Let it be known that you can hear people above you but they keep very sensible hours. We would be happy to stay again. “

„The room was great and had everything you needed! Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was nice. There are 4 other properties on the farm, and we were the only ones there at the time, so it was really perfect. This is a great place to go if you want something NOT ordinary and cookie cutter (which was exactly what we were looking for). There are friendly dogs roaming around the property as well as peacocks, but all the other animals were behind a barrier (horses, sheep, goats, chickens, etc).  ...

„Overall, it was fine and served it's purpose for what we needed. The back patio was not nearly as clean as we thought it was going to be. Also, there were not any drinking glasses and the coffee machine was not working. Unless I missed it, there was also no mention of other people living on the property and so that caught us off guard also when they came into the backyard. “
