„The view to the seaside is absolutely amazing. The cottage offers all you need to relax, so you are not dependent on the weather. It is located in a very quite surrounding. You are close to Bude with all it's attractions: sandy beaches, cliff walks, restaurants, Canal and the Bude Sea Pool which is a must to swim in.“

„We had a really nice stay at the cottage. Everything was great, clean and Becky (owner) was really nice and friendly, questions had been answered near realtime via the portal. Only thing we missed was a pub at Timberscombe. We went to Dunster etc to eat something for dinner.“

„Das Cottage liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter, Georgina und David sind bezaubernd und sehr hilfsbereit.Sehr lecker ist der hausgemachte Honig und die Orangenmarmelade.Durch die Lage an der Grenze von den Grafschaften Devon und Cornwall ist alles in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub.“

„We had a wonderful, conformable and enjoyable stay at the Jasmine Cottage. Checking in was easy, Caroline, the host guided us ovee the phone. Cottage has beautiful views of the valley from bedrooms, patio, living and dining rooms. Its 2 minutes drive from the local CoOp supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Combe Martin beaches are lovely as,well as Woolacombe beach and the charming town of Lynton that's 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back and explore the area ...

„The house is nicely decorated and was very clean. We only had to get rid of a large number of spiders, but that was due to our arachnophobia. It is a place where one can really calm down and relax and it´s great that dogs are allowed. We enjoyed walking along the coast and down to the "beach" where we saw some quite "dramatic" sunsets. The only downside was, that the 2 lower bedrooms were damp so that we needed to keep dehumidifiers running. But still one of the bedrooms had a quite unpleasant ...

„Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt im "prospect cottage". Die Lage ist prima, der Ort zauberhaft und das Cottage einfach nur wunderbar. Uns fehlte es an nichts! Besonders herauszustellen ist, dass das Cottage sehr sauber war und bestens ausgestattet. In der Nähe ist ein Pub, in dem man gut essen gehen kann. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.“

„Well appointed property in a lovely village setting. Quiet and very comfortable. Great welcoming pub across the square. Village also has a well stocked village shop that doubles as a post office and cafe. They kindly offered to keep a copy of our newspaper on the side for us each day, and can definitely recommend their bacon baps, coffee and cake!“

„wunderschönes Anwesen & Haus inmitten fantastischer Natur! die Besitzer haben uns warmherzig empfangen und unseren Aufenthalt mit zahlreichen Tipps bereichert - Gross & Klein waren rundum begeistert! Ein Auto ist unerlässlich (dürfte sich vonselbst verstehen). Richtig, eins noch: der „AGA“ (Danke für die Instruktion an Nathan) ist ein Erlebnis - für wen sich darauf einlässt … in unserer Familie jedenfalls ist die „AGA-baked“ Pizza bereits legendär.“

„It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. “
