addition to the pool and equipped solarium shared with other guests of
the Thalissa estate, the vacation homes are complete with all major
amenities. The studio apartment offers up to 4 beds.
Present: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, barbecue, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, full kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc.
In common there are garage, gym, outdoor shower, washing machines, bicycles on request. Pets allowed.

The studio apartment is part of a large property with pool in Taranto, in an exclusive beachfront area south of the city.
Guests have access to the large pool area equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing.
The studio apartment is a single room furnished with an open kitchen, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The house is completed by a shower room.

right in front of San Vito beach. The location is just a few minutes`
drive from the center of Taranto and all the main services.
Taranto
is a historic city with a rich cultural offer, a beautiful historic
center, the swing bridge, museums, churches, traditions all to be
discovered, typical cuisine taverns and shopping streets that can
satisfy all needs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in low season euro 600.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared Garage, gym, outdoor shower and washing machines.
- The bathroom has not bidet.
