Whispering Pines ist eine malerische und gemütliche oberen Tal Kabine! Dieses schöne Haus verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Loft Schlafbereich mit 2 Badezimmer und sitzt etwa fünf Meilen von der Main Street. Whispering Pines hat alles, was ein Urlaub in den Bergen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Gipfeln, tosenden Fluss unten und dem Charme des Landlebens zu bieten hat. Durch die Eingangstür öffnet sich auf den großzügigen und offenen Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit hohen Gewölbedecken. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über große Fenster, die viel natürliches Licht und bieten einen Blick auf die Wüste lassen. Whispering Pines verfügt über einen Holzofen, die Gäste willkommen sind jederzeit zu verwenden. Das Wohnzimmer Flachbildfernseher mit Sat-Zugang sowie einen DVD-Player für Ihre Indoor-Unterhaltung. Die Küche ist mit genügend Ablagefläche und Platz für mehrere Köche! Es gibt einen kleinen Esstisch, mit zusätzlichen Sitz an der Theke. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der Hauptebene von Whispering Pines entfernt. In diesem Raum finden Sie ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen großen Schrank finden. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zum Badezimmer aus der Hauptebene Flur. Die Treppe führt vom Wohnzimmer in die weiten, offenen Dachboden, der mit einem Doppelbett, einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zu einem privaten Badezimmer und Balkon, von dem Dachboden. Whispering Pines hat eine große Terrasse, die den Fluss voll ausgestattet mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Gas-Grill (Gasflasche und Minen zur Verfügung gestellt) mit Blick auf.

Füllen Sie die maximale Belegung dieses Haus ohne zusätzliche Gäste zahlen. Dieses Haus ist zugänglich das ganze Jahr über gibt es jedoch ländlichen Berg Bedingungen. Winter Fahrzeuge werden in der Winterzeit vorgeschlagen. 4-Rad-Antrieb oder Ketten empfohlen. Red River NM Whispering Pines

My parents built this home in the mid 80’s and we regularly visited. My mom passed Dec 2022 and we came to celebrate her life in the place she loved best. The home is mostly updated but we enjoyed seeing the original items. We had such a good time and truly love this place!

Comfortable accommodation

This has been a really comfortable house. The couch, chairs, bed, and WiFi were all wonderful. It’s a little far out of town, but a beautiful community to stay in. The only suggestions: Add a couple of throw blankets to the living room. Work on steps and path to the river. It’s a little treacherous for someone who is not that sure footed.

Cozy with beautiful views!

It was a very cozy and clean cabin just a few minutes outside of “downtown” Red River. We had just about everything we needed for two families of four— as the listing says, there is no washer or dryer, the keurig was missing, and we did not have enough towels. The electric fireplace worked very well once we figured out how to work it. It has a remote you set like a thermostat, and the remote needs to be placed as far from the fireplace as you want the heat to radiate. If you leave it on or near the fireplace, it turns off quickly because it reaches the set temp too quickly. The roads were all well maintained and the access to the house was pretty level making it easy for a 2-wheel vehicle to get in and out even with active snowfall. The two full size and two twin size beds up in the loft had their own bathroom, but there was little privacy for those upstairs when anyone was in the living room. The couch and recliners were very comfortable, but we could not seat all 8 of us comfortably downstairs. Some would have to sit on the metal chairs at the dining table or look down from the loft above when we watched movies together. Two couples or a family with 2-6 children/teens would be ideal for this cabin, but we enjoyed it and had a lot of fun together. The backyard is steep and a little tricky to navigate in the snow, and it was a little hard to see where the river began, so be careful when out exploring, especially with small children. But it was beautiful to sit on the back porch with some coffee or wine and watch the snow fall on that beautiful view.

Great Experience

The cabin was very enjoyable and the surrounding area had beautiful scenery. Loved hearing and viewing the river from the back deck. The only minus was having to dispose of the trash on check-out day, but would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin on the river

This cabin was just what our family of four was seeking. The cabin is located a few miles from Red River but the serenity of the upper valley is worth it. The river is located just behind the cabin. (The slope to reach the river could be challenging.) This cabin could use a deep cleaning, but overall was satisfactory. It does not have a washer/dryer. The loft was useful for our teens and master located downstairs was nice sized and had a very comfortable King bed. The living room area was perfect for relaxing family time. The river and deck was so peaceful, we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to visit Red River again.

Christmas vacation

Wonderful cabin for our family. (Only one room for adult privacy, but we made it work) Limited towels for the crew we would suggest an extra few sets especially when renting for a week. Only issue we had was the unfriendliness of the lady at the office when we had questions or needed to exchange towels.

Riverside cabin

Comfy (not luxurious) cabin with the river right in your backyard! Large partly covered decks are where you will spend most of your time listening to the river and looking at the mountains. Although the lower level of the cabin and decks are easy to navigate, it is a steep path down to rivers edge so not doable if you have mobility issues. Kitchen is equipped but bring your own paper goods (napkins, paper towels). This was just right cabin for our anniversary weekend getaway. Recommend.

Relaxing Vacation

Our first experience with a rental property was fantastic. This home is located in a quiet area, with the Red River right behind the home. The home was better than expected and was perfect for two adults and 4 small children. Ample windows that open to allow the cool mountain air in and easily fall asleep with the sounds of the river. Hummingbirds, Chipmunks, deer, and trout. Definitely will return to this location in the future. Property manager is very easy to deal with and they communicate well.

Beautiful Views and we LOVED the Porches

It was a GREAT location and we really loved being so close to the river. We had the doors and windows opened a lot during the day and even at night sometimes, to enjoy it! Our grandkids AND kids really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It’s ideal for families....but not really for couples. It only has 1 actual bedroom, which was downstairs. It was a comfy king bed bedroom, however the loft upstairs, which is open concept, slept 6 more (but, again, no privacy.) There were 2 queen beds and 2 single beds up there. But, since we were all family, mostly grandkids, sleeping and waking up all together and lounging around in our pajamas and not really needing privacy too much....it worked. We had everything we needed. It has a full bath/shower downstairs and also a full bathroom with a shower upstairs. There is NO video library as it stated, and the tennis courts are in town and not close by, as in walking distance. One of our Grands is crazy about tennis, so he was bummed that it wasn’t close enough for him to walk to. Really, those 2 things is all that needs to be updated online about this cabin. It looked like, in the online photo, that it had wooden stairs down to the river, which made this Grandmother with bad hips and knees happy. But, that actual staircase, is the next property over. It’s ok tho’, this property does have a path and a few steps at the top as you start your journey down. I think a couple chairs need to be put down there, so people can sit and enjoy the river. Anyway....those are small things. We liked it enough that we'd ABSOLUTELY stay there again!! I’ve told numerous people about it already! We really had a great week and memorable family trip!
