Dieses Apartment ist Teil der Residence Schuler mit Garten und freiem Blick auf das Meer und den Ätna. Es liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel in einem Wohngebiet in Taormina, nur 4 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Corso Umberto (Fußgängerzone von Taormina) und 3 Minuten entfernt Nur vom Supermarkt und den nächsten Restaurants.
Die Wohnung "D" hat eine Größe von 96 Quadratmetern mit einer Terrasse von 20 Quadratmetern und besteht aus: 2 Doppelzimmern, 2 Badezimmern mit Dusche, Küche, Wohnzimmer Zimmer und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Berg. Ätna. Ausgestattet mit Heizung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, WiFi, Telefon, TV (Satellitenanschluss an BBC World, CNN, ZDF, ARD, Safe, Fön, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Bügelzubehör).
Taxiservice auf Anfrage auch vom oder zum Flughafen Catania mit dem Minivan, max. 5 Personen, 120,00 Euro.
Parken: Innerhalb der Residenz haben wir einen kleinen Parkplatz für 2 Autos und auf Anfrage kann ein Platz zum Preis von 10 Euro pro Tag reserviert werden.
Eine andere Möglichkeit ist das Parkhaus Porta Catania, das rund um die Uhr in Betrieb ist und sich direkt vor dem Ortseingang von Taormina und 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet. Aufgrund der engen Straßen von Taormina und unseres eigenen kleinen Parkplatzes empfehlen wir Kunden, die mit großen Autos anreisen, diese letzte Lösung.

Gorgeous spot

Incredible views and comfortable residence; There's nothing like being able to sit on the balcony with your coffee and look out over the ocean and view Etna. We gambled with a trip in March but had plenty of good weather for enjoying the views. The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and is a short walk away from the Corso Umberto, as well as a grocery store. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

A wonderful stay

The VIEW, the patios, the location is all AMAZING Our family stayed in two apartments, apartment D and the penthouse. We all LOVED our stay at the Schuler Apartments. The penthouse had a larger patio and more modern updates. Apartment D was very nice too. Both had great air conditioning, comfortable beds and everything you needed for a great stay. It was easy to get to town in 5 min walk, close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and taxis. Claudio was a kind, responsive and helpful host. He helped us with car transfers too from Catania airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Gorgeous view ! Wonderful landlord!

I can’t really say everything about how great this apartment is and how terrific Claudio Schuler is. The view from the porch is absolutely stunning. The quarters were clean and very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot for meals and ate outside. One piece of advice: If driving a car to this location, please listen to everything Claudio recommends. I thought MAPS on my phone was perfect, but it is not. Claudio warned me, but I was convinced I could handle the directions. A mistake I won’t make again! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

5 star !!!! This was an amazing trip for myself, my husband and 3 yr old. The host was very attentive and the property description is 100 percent accurate. Amazing views!

The experience was seamless from start to finish. Claudio was a pleasure to work with, arranging taxis to and from the airport and to a golf course for the guys. Good location, just a short walk to the main street of Taormina. The apartment was clean. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the furnishings could use updating. Also, towels and sheets are old and scratchy. It would take just a small investment to improve on that. Overall though it is a wonderful property.

Great centralized location with a beautiful view for our excursions to the Aeolian Islands, Agrigento, and Mt. Etna. A short walk to the pedestrian street in Taormina, and not far from the Greek Theater! If you do not mind some walking, you do not need a car! Signore Schuler was extremely informative with aiding us on getting to destination meeting points, and arranged taxi service to and from the CTA airport. We would stay here again if we return to this area!

Spectacular View!

The apartment was perfect and the view was spectacular!! My husband and I like to have ample room when we are staying for several nights and this apartment had lots of space to relax after a day of site seeing and just enjoying Taormina. We loved sitting on the deck looking at the water especially after the walk from the center of town. We had a little trouble finding the place by GPS, but Claudio was always there to come rescue us and lead us back!! Thank you for being such a great host!!

This was an exceptional property to which we would return in a minute. Mr. Schuler was very accommodating and helpful in every way. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything in the villa was in perfect shape and the surroundings of flowers in the garden, a parking space if needed( which we did) and a thorough orientation to the property and the villAge was well done. We would rate this villa as outstanding in all ways....bravo Claudio Schiller.
