„ich hatte eine kleine villa mit eigenem pool und habe jede sekunde genossen. werde auf alle fälle wieder dorthin flegen.“

„Bilder sind bestimmt 20 Jahre alt, dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Wenig gepflegt. Sehr schöne Location, man könnte eine Menge daraus machen.“

„Nice place but Why so many mosquitoes! Hope did not get dengue! “

„Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.“

„Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good“

„Zimmer sehe geräumig, jedoch zur Straße hin sehr laut. Abfluss lief sehr langsam. Frühstück sehr gut und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.“

„I am a non-smoker and had booked a non-smoking room. Upon checked in, I was allocated with a smoking room. The room is filled with cigarette smell. Called the front desk to change but was mentioned full. Then“

„Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help“

„Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean“

„Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.“

„Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation.“

„入り口の扉が固く　閉めないと閉まらない“

„Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„Clean“

„Sehr gutes neues Hotel, Service entspricht einem 5 Sterne Hotel, alles andere 4 Sterne, Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen, die Dachterasse bietet einen super Ausblick, schöne gepfegte Außenanlage mit Pool, aber kein Zimmer Richtung Straße akzeptieren“
