„Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation.“

„Sehr gutes neues Hotel, Service entspricht einem 5 Sterne Hotel, alles andere 4 Sterne, Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen, die Dachterasse bietet einen super Ausblick, schöne gepfegte Außenanlage mit Pool, aber kein Zimmer Richtung Straße akzeptieren“

„Though the room a bit old but the cleanliness is great. Enjoy the bed softness“

„Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.“
