„We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. „It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. „The property is beautiful with all the fruit trees and plants. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep. I just wish there was a washer and dryer to do our dirty laundry. Also the driveway was a bit too steep for our vehicle but there was a spot to park on the street. “

„The apartment is quite nice and clean, the host is very friendly. There are a Number of restaurants and shops (Supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) in 5-10 mins Walking distance. You will find everything you need and the area feels safe as well. The only things you should be aware are: There are only very narrow windows. The couch and the bed are in the same room. Also the host was so kind to provide some free coffee and water.“
