„Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." „Sehr schöne Hotellanlage Toll s Pool. Sehr Kinderfreundlich.“

„Very disappointing experience. The property feels run-down and poorly maintained, the beds are uncomfortable, and the amenities are average at best. The grills were broken, towels weren’t provided, and even the communal pool lacked basic conveniences like pool towels or a pool bar. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control ...

„Good Thanks all.“
