The house is located close to the public parking of Ortigia, the Talete, which can be reached in less than 4 minutes on foot. The location is perfect for visiting all the places of interest on the island, enjoying the calm of the eastern area. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the seafront just 30 meters from the house.

First floor without lift. Self check in with code. Completing the web check in before arrival is mandatory. Pets are allowed on request, maximum 1 dog: 20 for additional cleaning and sanitization. Crib available on request for 15 per stay. Single sofa bed for 2 guests who wish to sleep separately: 15 per stay.

The bus and train station is located in Syracuse, about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Buses connect Ortigia with Catania Airport (via INTERBUS) as well as various destinations along the coast and inland areas of Sicily. The SAIS bus line also connects Ortigia with Syracuse and more distant seaside spots like Arenella and Fontane Bianche. Ortigia is a perfect place to explore on foot or by bike everything worth seeing is just minutes away. Keep in mind that the entire historic center is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so street parking is only allowed for residents. The best place to park is at the Talete public parking garage, less than a 3 minute walk from the apartment. No reservation is needed, and it costs 15 per 24 hours. When the ZTL is not active, you can drive into the area briefly to drop off your luggage before heading to the parking garage.

The apartment is about 540 square feet and is perfect for a couple or a family with kids. The space is bright and spacious. A large main room features a sunny little balcony, a comfortable queen size bed, and a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed. From the main room, you can access the bathroom, which is finished in local black stone and has a large walk in shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction cooktop, electric kettle, and a pod coffee machine. There s air conditioning in every room and fast Wi Fi, so you can work remotely or stream a movie on Netflix without a hitch. You ll also have access to a convenient washing machine.
