The accommodation consists of a windowed kitchen, equipped with oven and dining table, overlooking the terrace. The living room is furnished with a second dining table, a double sofa bed and a single bed located inside an alcove. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and television. Inside the apartment are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite and equipped with an opaque sliding glass door. Completing the layout is the two-level terrace, furnished with a dining table, deck chairs and parasol, ideal for outdoor dining. The outdoor space is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, and is connected to the master bedroom by a staircase.
Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, independent heat pump heating, wi-fi connection and washing machine.

The apartment is located near the temple of Apollo at the entrance of Ortigia, central location to reach all the attractions of Ortigia, primarily the market which is a 2-minute walk away. The area is full of clubs and restaurants, a market and various stores are also within walking distance. For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, definitely see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
