Boutique Villa is a luxurious oasis close to the Arenella beach. You won’t be missing anything on this astonishing property designed for al fresco living and optimal comfort. The centrepiece of the large garden is the big, inviting pool where you’ll want to refresh and relax. It’s also heated so you can go for an evening dip if you feel like it. Even if you’d want to lounge in the garden all day, the villa is in an ideal starting point for exploring the breathtaking beaches and baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

After a day of exploration, you will find all the elements you need to create a feast at the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and all the dishes and cutlery you will need. And we wouldn’t want you to do the dishes so there’s a dishwasher there for your convenience, or we can schedule a maid to come. You’ll find fresh produce nearby and you can even find meats and fish to grill on your BBQ in the garden. If you want to experience authentic Sicilian cooking, we’d be happy to send you a private chef that will create mouth-watering dishes for you. All you need to do is lounge around in the hammock or outdoor seating with your cocktail while the chef does the rest.

Let’s talk about the interior. This villa is all about big spaces and when you step inside you will find yourself in a big, bright living-room with an American kitchen. You can watch Netflix, Sky TV or Amazon Prime on the flatscreen TV. You’ll find high-speed internet and there are also air conditioning units for warm, summer days. There’s a dining table there as well in case you want to eat inside. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with queen-size mattresses. High-quality bed linens, towels and soaps are of course at your disposal. There are also two bathrooms with comforting rain showers. We are available 24-hours a day if you have any questions.
