„What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place. From the decor to the cleanliness, the experience was unreal. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering coming here.“

„Overall, this hotel looks good. Apart from cleanliness, hygiene. Not all rooms have a window that can be opened or there is no window to open at all. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. You can also book room 915 or 916 directly at the hotel /The Royal Suites/. These rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, NO plates, pots, cutlery, just nothing. „All good“

„Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. “

„Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police “

„Service was great but room was not standard condition!!“

„The service was good“

„This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!“

„ We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked. Regards, M. Khan “
