There is some construction occurring in the suburb. it is not directly attached to the building or in the same street however you may here noise at times.

- Food and drink options are outstanding in Bondi, but we recommend exploring the lively cafe culture with M Deli on your doorstep, where the homemade food and great coffee are served with a side helping of friendly neighbourhood vibes.
- The Bondi weekend markets are a treasure trove for shopaholics, as is Gould Street nearby to get your retail fix.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.
