A small cozy tiny home, that offers the beauty of your own private space that has everything you require. The property is a 5 - 10min walk to Brighton Le Sands Beach and a 5 min walk to the local bus stop which will take you the train station! Alternatively you can walk 25mins to the train station. It is in a fantastic location that has local supermarkets nearby and cafes. The property is also a 20 min drive from the city and 10mins from the airport. Pls note the accommodation is a small space.

The space
The tiny home is a perfect little private space that YOU get to stay in! The cabin offers the privacy of an ensuite bathroom and your very own kitchen with a mini fridge also provided. In addition the room has one queen bed. The property offers a private access to just residents that are renting the properties.

Guest access
You will only have access to your cabin and the area surrounding it. You are not to enter any other property in which you have not rented.
Other things to note
General Rules of the property:
- Keep clean and respect the property any damages to the property whilst you are renting you will be liable for and will have to pay the costs
- Has one dog named DJ on site a lovely Kelpie!
- No guests, strictly only the person who has been named upon booking
- You are in charge of cleaning after yourself this includes cooking, dishes, taking out bins, laundry
- Respect other people on the property as well
- Clean up before checkout
- No loud noises
- Enjoy your stay
