Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge etc...

Iron and washing machine provided.

FREE Wi-FI within the house



Important NOTED: Our dryer is under repair, we are waiting for techinician to find components and repair it.



** You are welcome to use our gym facilities in gym room.

** Regarding parking, you can park your car on the driveway or by the roadside.

**There is a small pond in the backyard with over a dozen large koi fish. They are friendly and may follow people, expecting food. The host feeds them regularly, so guests should not feed them to avoid illness or overfeeding. Also, please supervise children to ensure they don’t fall into the pond (there is a glass gate that can be opened)



Guest Access:

Please treat the place as your home during the stay.



You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.



Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.



Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.



Please ensure all the lights, appliances are switched off when leaving.



Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay.

Other Things to Note:

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10 pm.



Additional Rules:



*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.



*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.



Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.



LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).



DAMAGE Deposit will be ultilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.



Interaction with Guests:

You will receive a self-check-in instruction one day before your check-in date. lockcode to open the main door will be sent by 3pm on your check in date.
