„What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. „Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.“

„The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) „My parents, husband and I stayed for a week in May 2024. The house was clean and wonderfully stocked. We have never stayed in a house so well stocked. The owner really did think of everything. We had an issue with the downstairs thermostat, so I sent a text to the owner. He responded within the hour and was at the house to fix it the next day. Great owner and a fabulous property!“
