Welcome to Surf Landing, part of the Carolina Landings collection of distinctive homes on Topsail Island, located in the heart of Surf City on Topsail Island. 🏖️

Our 5-bedroom, dog-friendly beach house sits right across the street from super easy beach access (yes, that close!) and is just steps to every local favorite—coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, shopping, the pier... you name it, you're a flip-flop stroll away. No driving, no hassle, just vacation mode on.

Inside, the house is clean, comfy, and fully stocked so you can actually relax. No running to the store for paper towels or dish soap—we’ve got all the essentials (plus beach towels, chairs, toys, and more). Your beds will be made, fresh towels will be waiting, and the only thing you'll need to pack is your swimsuit and sunscreen.

1 cozy bunk room (great for kids!)

Sleeps 10: two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a twin-over-twin bunk room the kids love. Ideal for a couple of families, or any group where the little ones take the bunks. All-adult crews sleep most comfortably up to 8, with the cozy bunk room best for children.



🌅 Three decks to choose from—two with ocean and pier views, and one out back for sunset views over the swing bridge (plus a gas grill ready for your burgers or fresh catch).



🐶 Bringing your pup? We love dogs! Surf Landing is pet-friendly, and Surf City is too—you'll see plenty of furry friends at outdoor restaurants and on the beach. Pet fee is automatically included when you add pets to the reservation.



🧼 Need to clean off sandy feet? Our enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water has you covered.

📄 Rental Agreement Required

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This is a North Carolina vacation rental, and the agreement is required by the NC Vacation Rental Act (Chapter 42A). We’ll send it to you to sign after you book, and the full terms will also be in your Airbnb message thread.



Here’s what it covers so you have it up front:

• The property address, your guest and pet count, and the total fees for your stay

• Check-in and check-out times

• The house rules, including no smoking or vaping and no parties

• The cancellation policy

• Your responsibilities as a guest, the maximum occupancy, and the grounds for ending a stay early

• Waivers for the use of any amenities

• Standard legal disclaimers and North Carolina rental-law compliance
