The rooms were spacious and the walk to the beach was very, very easy - a straight shot to a public beach access! They truly had thought of everything you could have needed - bikes, kayaks, paddle board, wagon, and beach chairs! „No ocean view. The house is cute from the front when you drive up. There are numerous issues with upkeep of the place. I wouldn’t even sit down for hours. Don’t think you’re gonna sit on a porch and see the ocean. The back yard is overgrown and the deck hasn’t been painted in years. The outside shower is dilapidated with a rotted shower curtain and an old water hose on the floor. The carpet inside the house is nasty.
