Absolutely wonderful condo for a family stay! Not only is the property in a great location, it is filled with all kinds of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, to extra towels and blankets. The kitchen is stocked full of everything you would need to cook while staying there and the hosts provide all of the information needed for a smooth check in and check out. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!

This is a beautiful, bright, comfortable, and very well equipped home, in a lovely location. Everything about it feels upscale, and the decor -- furnishings, wall art, decorative items, and even the books displayed -- are attractive and engaging. We enjoyed the walking path across the street that winds through public green space, and we easily made a daily drive to Boulder through stunning scenery. We had a terrific stay, and we highly recommend this home to others.

Our stay at the townhome was wonderful.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals.There was a lot of space.And we went on walks every evening right from the townhome.We even stopped at Safeway on the way back from our walks. Also, Whole Foods is just 10 minutes by car.

We really felt comfortable at this property. Steven was a great host; very responsive and even provided extra amenities at the home so they'd be on site if we needed them. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Each room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The property itself is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and is in a very nice area. Would recommend and stay here again!

Such an amazing experience staying here, the house had so many great amenities, was a quick drive to downtown Denver, Boulder, and close enough to the Rocky Mountains to make a day trip! The house was super clean and Steven was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area!

This condo was perfection!! We were in town visiting my college student son at CU Boulder and had the best time. Visitors to the area should definitely consider this lovely townhome. It is centrally located in beautiful Superior, Colorado, and one need not walk far to capture stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and Front Range. The hosts were courteous and professional. It was obvious upon initial entry that attention was paid to details and we immediately felt at home. The kitchen is well-supplied with pots, pans, and other necessities. Everything worked, including the laundry and dishwasher. The bedroom suites are spacious and very comfortable. I’d like to add evidence of objectivity here by noting at least a single thing to warrant a negative comment but I just can’t. My wife and I are quite happy we stayed here.
