„This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.“

„We had a blast. Our daughter got married at Wild Basin Lodge Perfect location!!! Great for our group Rehearsal dinner hosted the night before Great open floor plan, great bedrooms. Was clean and hosts were very responsive!“

„We had a relaxing stay in this charming, cozy cabin. It was a quick drive to town, and convenient to the state parks. We would definitely stay again!“

„Awesome place to stay especially with pets as it has a fenced in yard with several apple trees and the apples were delicious. It is a studio so no real inside sitting, but the outside sitting was awesome.Great old neighborhood walking distance from shopping. “

„My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. “

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung! Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Teppich ist frisch gesaugt, alles ist top in Ordnung! Es steht eine zusätzliche Küche zur Verfügung, man kann gefiltertes Wasser haben. Der Blick geht in den Park, die Fenster lassen sich öffnen und komplett verschließen. Es ist ein Safe im Zimmer, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie ein ausreichend großer Kleiderschrank. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Durchgangsverkehr- sehr angenehm!! "

"While during my first stay there o had a very noisy neighbor that kept me up all nicht with a blaring tv this time everything was quiet. That made the difference. Great place to stay. Very central to shopping places, nature parks and major cities. I would stay there again anytime"
