Level 1
Cook in a chef's kitchen with modern high-quality appliances or opt for the BBQ and the waterfront al-fresco area. Either way, you will enjoy the tranquil views of the lake and nature reserve opposite. The lake is encircled by a long boardwalk if you want to walk lunch off. You are also permitted to fish or kayak on the lake with your own equipment.
For those less active days, you could just laze around the saltwater pool. Just don't be surprised if you are joined on the deck by the inquisitive resident water dragon family or if the local swans cruise past on the lake.
The level 1 living area also has a 65" Sony TV, Nick Scali leather lounges and stools, a large LG refrigerator/ freezer (with craft ice maker), and a dedicated wine/ beer fridge. The area is air-conditioned.
Level 1 also has a laundry with an LG Washer/ Dryer stack and an undercover clothesline and storage area. There is a toilet/ powder room next to the laundry.
The garage faces the street entrance and can lock away 2 cars, with space for 2 more on the driveway. Opposite the driveway is a park with a large, grassed area for the kids to play.
Level 2
Once you reach the top of the stairs, you walk into the lounge room which is furnished with a large Nick Scali leather lounge and comfortable bean-bag. Watch a movie or your favorite spots team on the 65" Sony TV and connected sound bar. Both TV's are connected to the high-speed Wifi, and you can log in to your own streaming accounts.
The lounge room has views of the lake, from inside or from the connected waterfront balcony which features a quality outdoor lounge setting.
Adjacent to the lounge room is the impressive office. With a desk and leather chairs facing the large windows and lake views, this space is sure to inspire those business travelers or just grab something from the bookshelf and enjoy the Serenity.
Level 2 has an ensuited bedroom with a queen bed, a second queen bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom is also located on level 2.
The level 2 living area is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
Level 3
This level has the huge master bedroom with a King bed and a large ensuite with a walk-through robe area. You also have your choice of outdoor areas, with a water-facing balcony on one side and a large city-facing outdoor terrace on the other. Both have quality outdoor lounge settings, and the terrace also has sun lounges.
Level 3 is air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans.

The house is secured with Crimsafe doors, electronic smart locks and security cameras in external areas. There is direct access to the lake boardwalk from the pool/ garden area.
Location
Located in Sunshine Cove, the house is a 250 metre walk to the closest cafe, Aldi Supermarket and the largest homemaker centre on the Sunshine Coast. Sunshine Plaza (the largest shopping centre on the coast) is 850m away, with the Maroochydore CBD approx 1km away. Cotton Tree is less than 2km, with Maroochydore and Alexandra Headland Beaches around 2.3km away. You can be on the Sunshine Motorway in less than 2 minutes, which is the main North-South arterial road on the coast.
The entire house is available for exclusive use of guests
I am available to assist with any guest requests or queries, however, I will provide complete privacy unless called upon. The house has a self-check-in system, so you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
Please note that external entry/ exit areas have security cameras and the smart locks log each users entry and exit, so unauthorised or excess guests will be asked to leave.
The house has a minimum age booking policy of 25 years old. Please do not attempt to book the house if you are younger than this. The house has a strict no party policy.

The house is protected by external security cameras on the entry and exit points, and smart locks log each guest entry and exit.
A Minut volume monitoring device is installed, which sends an alert if acceptable decibel levels are exceeded. This device also detects cigarette smoke and large gatherings of people.
Breaches of the house rules may result in eviction from the property without refund.
