The Space:

This immaculately designed and stylishly furnished home is located right beside Sunshine Beach village. The home flows over 3 spacious levels with multiple living areas, balconies and large bedrooms. When you walk through the pedestrian gate you are met with a bright courtyard with tropical plants. The private front door brings you though to the mid level which comprises of the second TV living area (this is where the sofa bed is located), two large bedrooms (both with private balconies and ensuite bathrooms), powder room and laundry room. You can access the private pool from the mid level via a small set of steps. You can also gain access to the double garage from the mid level.



The first level flows from a beautiful formal lounge through to a lovely kitchen with all mod cons (and Nespresso compatiable pod coffee machine) and a lovely balcony with cooling breezes and stunning ocean views. The dining room is located on the other side of the townhouse with sliding doors leading out to a huge outdoor terrace with relaxing lounge area and an outdoor alfresco dining area.



The master suite is designated to the top level of the property. The bright bedroom also enjoys those gorgeous blue views and breezes. There is a huge master ensuite with stand alone bath and his and hers sinks. There is also a seperate rain shower. Should you have to work on your holidays you can work from the desk in the master bedroom and watch out for whales breaching from the water during the Winter months.



There is a double garage and a seperate carport underneath the property with internal access directly into the property.

Guest Access:

As our guest you have full access to the property, private pool, garage and car port. Please note the owners leave their Mini car at the property for their use.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in the pristige suburb Sunshine Beach in Noosa. The property is centrally located within a minutes walk to cafes, corner store, bar and restaurants. The renovated Surf Club and patrolled beach are a 3 minute easy walk away. Should you need to venture you can drive to locals favourite Noosa Junction in 3 minutes and world famous Hastings Street an main beach are a 5 minute drive away.

Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions including the strict Noosa Council Code of Conduct.



The property is not suitable for group bookings due to the proximity to the residential neighbour and the strict code of conduct.



Please advise at least 72 hours prior to your arrival should you wish for the double sofa bed to be made up in the second living area.
