Surrounded by golden beaches, restaurants, entertainment and only a short drive to Steve Irwins famous Australia Zoo, glass house mountains and the hinterland where you can find swimming wholes showered by beautiful waterfalls.



Getting Around:

Cotton Tree beach (5 min drive / 10 min walk / 900m).

Cotton Tree’s calm water makes it the perfect family beach for children.



Ocean street (3 min drive / 12 min walk / 800m)

The popular night life precinct offers restaurants, bars and clubs for your entertainment.



Sunshine Plaza (3 min drive / 12 min walk / 800m)

Enjoy some retail therapy at Sunshine Coasts biggest shopping centre.



Maroochydore beach and Alexandra Headland beach (6min drive/20min walk) Are great to catch some waves!



Maroochydore River, (6 min drive/ 25 min walk / 1.8km)

This river has boat and JetSki hire or try your luck casting a rod from the sand banks.



ALDI is conveniently located at the end of the street, less than a two minute walk so you can stock up on any groceries that you may need.



Maroochydore bus station (3 min drive / 12 min walk / 800m)



Other than the double lock up garage there is also 2 visitor parking spots and an abundance of street parking.

Please note out of respect for our neighbours all guests must comply with council regulations. This property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.



HOUSE RULES:

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
