Hill Creek 2 Tiny House by Tiny Away is located in the serene suburb of Perwillowen, just 7 minutes from the rural town Nambour - Sunshine Coast Region. A scenic drive will take you to the breathtaking Buderim Forest Park and Kondalilla National Park. These natural wonders boast scenic walking trails, waterfalls, and inviting rock pools ideal for a refreshing swim.
For seaside adventures, a quick 30-minute drive from our charming tiny home will lead you to the sun-kissed shores of Coolum Beach and Mooloolaba Beach. These idyllic spots provide the perfect setting to unwind, soak up the sun, and create unforgettable memories with loved ones.
A snug, 139-square-foot tiny home and the nearest accommodation in Sunshine Coast, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be two tiny houses. "Hill Creek 1 and Hill Creek 3" sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

By car:
- 5 min drive to and from Nambour
- 20 min drive to and from Coolum

- 40 min drive to and from Noosa National Park
By public transport: All trains and busses come into Nambour Station, 5-min ride by taxi or Uber to the property.
Other Things to Note:
- Please bring your own firewood
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
