Fully fenced and pet-friendly, it’s ideal for families seeking a relaxed coastal escape close to the beach and boat club.
The Space:
This beautifully designed home offers generous living across two levels, with thoughtful spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and quality time together.
Downstairs, you’re welcomed into an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area where families can gather comfortably. The living space features a cosy fireplace and opens directly to the outdoor entertaining area, complete with an alfresco dining table and BBQ—perfect for long summer evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec appliances and ample bench space, making holiday cooking effortless.
For movie nights, a dedicated media/cinema room offers large reclining chairs and a big screen for ultimate comfort. Overlooking the pool area, the games room is a highlight of the home, featuring a full-sized pool table, arcade machine, smart TV, bar, and seating area—guaranteeing entertainment for all ages. Outside, the sparkling pool and waterslide create a private resort-style oasis that kids and adults alike will love.

Bedroom 3: Located at the front of the home, this fun and spacious kids’ retreat features a jungle-themed play area. Sleeping up to four guests, it includes a queen bed, single bed with pull-out trundle, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning.
Bathroom 2: Centrally located between Bedrooms 2 and 3, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet. A convenient two-way door also allows easy access from the games room and pool area.

Plus a 5-minute drive brings you to Caloundra's lively main street, where you'll find an array of restaurants, boutiques, and cafes.

There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 1 minute walk to Landsborough Parade where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

*This holiday home has a granny flat where the owners sometimes reside, ensuring privacy as they remain out of sight.
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*This property has security cameras which monitor the external entrance. There are no security cameras inside the home, facing into the home or outdoor entertaining.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
