The Space:

Welcome to your canal-side escape in the heart of Mooloolaba. Set across two spacious levels, this character-filled waterfront home combines relaxed coastal living with a private pool, beautiful canal views and multiple spaces to gather and unwind.



Enter through the leafy front garden, complete with a peaceful water feature, before stepping inside the home. Beyond the entry and staircase, the lower level opens into a spacious dining area with seating for up to eight guests and an adjoining bar area. The main living room features two comfortable sofas plus air conditioning and flows through to the kitchen, while large sliding doors connect the living space directly to the outdoor entertaining and pool area.



Step outside and make the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, with multiple sitting areas overlooking the private swimming pool. A spacious timber deck surrounds the pool, while the distinctive cave-style feature adds plenty of character. The outdoor entertaining area offers a beautiful waterfront setting to enjoy throughout your stay.



Upstairs, the home opens into an impressive light-filled space framed by soaring timber-lined ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the canal. A second living area offers a TV, bookshelf and comfortable couch that converts into a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space when needed. The expansive upper balcony features multiple sitting areas where you can unwind while taking in beautiful water views.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Located downstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, air conditioning and a comfortable couch sitting area. Sliding doors provide direct access to the backyard and pool area, while a walk-in wardrobe connects through to the private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): Connected to the master bedroom via the walk-in wardrobe, the ensuite features a shower, toilet and vanity, with an additional door providing access towards the outdoor and pool area.



Bedroom 2: Also located downstairs, this bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe space, with sliding doors opening directly onto the front grassy area.



Bathroom 2 & Laundry: Conveniently located beside Bedroom 2, this bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity and mirror, along with the home's laundry facilities.



Bedroom 3: This spacious upstairs bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sliding doors opening directly onto the expansive waterfront balcony, where multiple sitting areas overlook the canal.



Bedroom 4: Located upstairs, this bedroom features two single beds, air conditioning, bedside tables, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.



Additional Sleeping Area (Upstairs Living Room): The upstairs living area features a comfortable couch that converts into a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Please note this is a shared living space rather than a private bedroom.



Bathroom 3: Located upstairs between Bedrooms 3 and 4, the bathroom features a shower, bathtub and vanity, with a separate toilet nearby. The bathroom also offers direct access from Bedroom 3.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home, private swimming pool, outdoor entertaining areas and upper balcony. Parking is available on the driveway only, as the garage is locked and not available for guest use.

The Wharf is also home to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium and a range of water-based activities including cruises, fishing charters and whale-watching experiences.



With Buddina, Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore also within easy reach, the home is perfectly positioned for exploring more of the Sunshine Coast.

It’s ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. Local bus services also operate throughout the area, with the Walan St near Bahlaka St bus stop approximately 650m away, around a 10-minute walk from the home.

*Please note this is a waterfront property with a swimming pool and canal. Children must be supervised at all times around these areas.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
