Hotels nahe Sunset Park at Lake Carolina (Lake Carolina)

„The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find.“

The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep.“

„My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside.“

„The staff was amazing. They were under remodel which was great, but added a stinky smell, and visually looked messy. One of the elevators looked like it was falling apart and half way through my start or was turned off. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. The only drinking water for bottle refills was in the gym (which was closed for the remodel) and the pool was closed. When I got into my room, At first everything looked amazing. Then I started noticing holes in the walls where ...

„El baño no estaba muy limpio. La funda de la almohada estaba sucia. Solo habian 2 ganchos en el closet.“
