„The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find.“

„My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside.“

Then I started noticing holes in the walls where ...

„El baño no estaba muy limpio. La funda de la almohada estaba sucia. Solo habian 2 ganchos en el closet.“

„D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff.“
