„Good value for money. Friendly and very helpful staff, unfortunately I had a cricket in the room and no bug spray in the Hotel. Staff was very helpfull and in no time I had another room. Breakfast is not very exciting but for free.“

„The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black.
The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty.
The floor would have been softer than the mattress.
Trains with horns ran all night.
Dogs backed and howled all night.
Other than that, it was great.“

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the area was quiet. Close to downtown. The only problem was there was a crack in the floor of the bathtub so I had to stay to the back or keep my feet along the edge. I did inform staff but they were booked solid so couldn't move us. Other than that would stay here again.“

„This is an excellent place start-up. The room was very well decorated! Very nice! The bed was sooo comfortable. The room and bath were very clean and the workmanship was very well-done.
There were a few things still to do. The accessible room on the 1st floor was not quiet so a wedding rehearsal was right in there w us. There are issues with door entry codes, have a staffed, obvious check-in desk for service and directions to room. A posted guide to thermostat use, please have better coffee! ...

„Our stay started off with a brand new employee who lacked knowledge of the area and if they offered a veterans discount. Next was the room telephone that did not work. Shower panel had holes in it where the previous shampoo/body wash had been removed. All in all the bed was comfortable and breakfast was free.“

„Unfortunately a yappy dog kept us from sleeping. The staff did help by dealing with the situation but who lets their dog bark nonstop at 1:45 am???Then cleaning staff slammed doors starting at 800 am. I was surprised how they opened doors and let them slam knowing people may be trying to sleep. Literally just needed a place to sleep but no such luck.“
