„I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. „Overall an excellent stay. Unfortunately we had a bad checkin experience with respect to the room. However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. This was very much appreciated, especially those of Hermi and Diana. We will definitely consider booking at Somerset group.“

„Room is clean and nice but outside of the room, the lobby and corridor area had a weird smell. Also, wifi was totally not working the whole time i was there. A big plus is right next to the hotel, there wqs a huge food court with a lot of local food options late into the night, BBQ chicken wings were superb, a must try!“
